Compare cup labels, carriers and pouch print layouts. Tapered containers need a matching flat layout. If temperature, moisture or direct contact do not suit the material, adjust the construction.

Rectangular label

Rectangular label with selectable corner radius; dieline with bleed and safe zone from the production profile.

Tapered cup wrap label

Wraparound label for tapered cups and cans as a cone blank (annular sector) with a glue strip of constant width.

Calculate the conical wall of a paperboard cup from rim diameter, base diameter and finished height. The annular sector includes the glue seam and separate allowances for the bottom curl and top rolled rim.

Spout pouch

The spouted pouch print mask adds a sealed-in spout to the stand-up pouch. Choose the top right corner or the centre of the top edge and enter the inside diameter. The spout fitment is part of the seal zones; the drawing documents its position, not confirmed component fit.

Drink pouch

The beverage pouch template shows a stand-up print mask with a marked straw puncture point on the front. The top seal in the starting profile is wider than in the simple stand-up variant. Width, height, bottom gusset and puncture point are set separately; a calculated fill volume is not part of the model.

Egg carton with hole-deck insert

Folding carton tray with glued corners, hinged lid and an integrated hole deck for 6, 10 or 12 eggs. The construction uses a hole deck rather than molded pulp cups. Check egg size, retention and transport on a filled sample.

Gable-top beverage carton (print mock-up)

Milk-carton shape with a glued longitudinal seam, tuck bottom, triangular gable folds and a glueable top strip. The template is a print layout and dieline made from folding carton board. It is not designed as liquid-tight or aseptic packaging.
