How it is assembled

Pre-break walls and corner tabs; glue end walls to the tabs. Fold the inner wall inward by 180°, lay the hole deck horizontally and fold the support bridge down to the base. Insert eggs, close the lid and tuck the tab behind the front wall.

Material and grain direction

Horizontal grain in the blank keeps the hole deck stiff lengthwise (verify).

Test fit, folding and closure on a sample made from the intended material. Confirm material thickness, grain direction and production steps with your printer.

Compare openings and closures for your food product. Check direct-contact material, moisture and grease resistance with the manufacturer.
