Structure and use

The mailer combines base, tuck lid and dust flaps. Double side walls are folded over. Locking and thumb cut-out are parameters of our own construction.

Enter dimensions with a clear reference. Construction calculates creases and flaps considering the selected material profile. Corrugated board needs appropriate thickness and allowance. A digital result does not replace an assembled prototype.

Our template

Inner printing and series sizes are use cases. Double walls require several creases and added compensation.

The template does not reproduce a standard drawing. An external reference classification and production approval are unconfirmed.

Deviations and pending confirmation

The assignment to similar FEFCO 0427 has not been confirmed by experts. Clarify flute direction and fit with your printer.

Flaps, slots and material behaviour must be checked against the target material. Statements about fit remain starting values, not a guarantee.

The bundled material profiles are starting values and not calibrated. The app flags this with a finding of its own.

For handover

Check the sheet format with the manufacturability check and the layout with the up calculation. The printer receives separate production files as well as the report and manifest. An approval documents the status; it does not replace expert review.
