Glue flap
Width of the glue flap used to glue the blank into a tube. The material requires a minimum width.
Folding cartons and inserts / JETDIELINE
Horizontal box for facial tissues and handkerchiefs: body with side seam, glued end closures (Seal End), perforated dispensing opening in the top (oblong slot or rectangle) with thumb notch. Dimensions: length × top width × height.

carton.tissueThe seal-end body lies horizontally: top, side, bottom and side wrap around the box length. Both ends are glued. The top has a perforated dispensing window with an optional thumb notch.
Pre-break the blank, glue the side seam on the inside and lay flat. Erect, fold in dust flaps and inner flap at one end and glue on the outer flap; fill and close the second end in the same way. To open, press in the thumb notch and tear out the window along the perforation.
Test fit, folding and closure on a sample made from the intended material. Confirm material thickness, grain direction and production steps with your printer.
Inside dimension
These dimensions describe the preview, not a fixed packaging size. The app recalculates the dieline for your own dimensions.
Width of the glue flap used to glue the blank into a tube. The material requires a minimum width.
Bevel at the ends of the glue flap; aids folding and erection.
Dust flap length as a proportion of available length.
Bevel of dust flaps (also ears on mailers); larger angles prevent folding collisions.
Distance between dust flap and lid along the crease; at least material thickness. The machine requires a minimum slot width.
Length and width refer to the tissue box's top, the third input to its height. Internally, the construction rearranges the axes for the horizontal seal-end body. The inputs therefore do not describe the sequence of flat wall strips. The flat starting size shown is 240 × 120 × 90 mm inside dimension.
The top has a perforated tear-out opening. On first opening, press in the thumb notch and remove the window along the perforation. The geometry uses the material profile's perforation values. This template does not construct a film that holds individual tissues in place; this requires separate discussion with the printer.
The oblong slot has fully rounded ends. The rectangle uses a corner radius of 8 mm, limited by opening width. Both shapes are set through length and width proportions. A bridge of at least 5 mm must remain to the top crease; a wide opening therefore cannot grow arbitrarily towards the edge.
