Greyboard thickness
Thickness of the greyboard around which the wrap is folded; the assembly sets it from the greyboard material.
Rigid boxes / JETDIELINE
Wrapping paper for the sleeve: strip with overlap at the butt joint and turn-ins at both open ends.

rigid.drawer.sleeve.wrapThis template is a component of a packaging assembly. Match its dimensions to the other parts; lids, bases, wraps and linings serve different purposes.
Apply glue across the whole wrap and centre the sleeve on it, top face down. Fold front and overlap around the edges, glue back and underside over them, then fold turn-ins inwards at both ends.
Grain direction of greyboard and wrapping paper parallel to the blank's x-axis: the long grooves fold cleanly, and board and paper do not warp against each other during lamination (check with the box manufacturer).
Test fit, folding and closure on a sample made from the intended material. Confirm material thickness, grain direction and production steps with your printer.
Compare opening and presentation: pillow shapes, bands, drawers or lift-off lids. Plan the fit of contents and inserts and allow clearance between moving parts.
Inside dimension
These dimensions describe the preview, not a fixed packaging size. The app recalculates the dieline for your own dimensions.
Thickness of the greyboard around which the wrap is folded; the assembly sets it from the greyboard material.
Depth to which the wrap is turned inwards over the top edge, measured from the inside edge.
Width of the tabs that wrap around the vertical edges and are covered by the neighbouring wall's wrap.
The sleeve uses starting values of 153 mm length, 104.6 mm inside width and 43.1 mm inside height. These dimensions are derived from the greyboard tray, starting clearance and paper. They are not additional product dimensions. When changing the tray interior, sleeve and both wraps must be recalculated together.
The oblong hole lies in the greyboard tray’s right end wall. With the pull ribbon enabled, the tray wrap receives a matching oblong hole over this opening. Both parts must use the same setting and ribbon width. The starting preview shows the ribbon disabled; actual ribbon assembly requires a recalculated variant and an assembly test sample.
The ribbonWidth parameter allows 6 to 25 mm and starts at 10 mm. The oblong hole and its bridges must also fit within the end wall. The contour is 2 mm longer than the ribbon width and 3 mm wide; at least a 5 mm bridge remains on each side. The geometric limit may be tighter than the parameter range.
