Band width
Width of the belly band across the circumference; no greater than box height.
Labels and bands / JETDIELINE
Paper belly band around the four walls of a box, with creases at the edges and a glue flap; crease-to-crease dimensions from the box's outside dimensions plus material thickness.

band.bellyFrom left to right: glue flap, left side, front, right side, and back. Four creases close the band around the box cross-section. With outside dimensions as the reference, the effective band thickness is added to each wall spacing. Box height limits band width; it is not the height of the blank.
Pre-break the creases, wrap the belly band around the box, and glue the flap inside to the back; alternatively, glue it first and slide it over the box.

Outside dimension
These dimensions describe the preview, not a fixed packaging size. The app recalculates the dieline for your own dimensions.
Width of the belly band across the circumference; no greater than box height.
Width of the glue flap used to glue the blank into a tube. The material requires a minimum width.
You need the outside dimensions of the enclosed box cross-section. Alternatively, the belly band's direct crease-to-crease dimensions are permitted. Inside dimensions are rejected. Box height serves as a limit for band width; it does not determine the circumference around length and width.
With outside dimensions, the construction adds the effective band thickness to each of the four wall spacings. Paper 120 g/m² has a thickness of 0.15 mm in the starting profile. Four times this allowance adds 0.6 mm. Thickness and actual fit must be checked with the target material.
The parameter range extends to 300 mm, but the bandWidth.atMost.depth constraint additionally limits band width to box height. With a starting height of 50 mm, a band width of 40 mm is permitted. A value of 60 mm violates this constraint.
