Corrugated shipping boxes / JETDIELINE

Corrugated sheet with creases

Rectangular corrugated sheet with zero to three evenly spaced creases. Without a crease, it serves as a flat layer pad; folded, it forms an angle, U-profile or wrap around a product.

How the shape is constructed

Rectangular corrugated blank with zero to three evenly spaced creases: flat as a layer pad or cushioning, folded as an angle, U-profile or wrap around a product.

How it is assembled

Use the sheet flat or fold inwards along the creases and place around the product; close a wrap with adhesive tape or strapping.

02

Material and grain direction

Flutes parallel to the creases (vertical on the blank): the creases fold cleanly (check with the test print shop).

Test fit, folding and closure on a sample made from the intended material. Confirm material thickness, grain direction and production steps with your printer.

What to consider for this construction

Crease count

Number of evenly spaced creases parallel to the height: 0 flat, 1 angle, 2 U-profile, 3 wrap; each panel remains at least 20 mm wide.

Frequently asked questions

What dimension does 800 × 300 mm describe?

These are the width and height of the unfolded sheet. They are flat dimensions, not the inside dimensions of a finished box. Crease count and even division determine the eventual folded shape. Check the folded sheet around your product before deriving its inside space from one third of the width.

Can I set unequal panel widths?

No. sheetCreaseCount selects zero to three evenly spaced creases. Custom positions or unequal panels are not a V1 parameter. If the product needs asymmetric folds, this construction may not suit it. Moving lines afterwards would not be a validated parameter state of this template.

What shape do two creases produce?

Two creases divide the sheet into three panels and form a U-profile in the intended folding model. One crease produces an angle, three a wrap; without a crease, the sheet remains flat. Actual fit and foldability depend on material and product and are checked on a sample.
