Glue flap
Width of the glue flap used to glue the blank into a tube. The material requires a minimum width.
Corrugated components and inserts / JETDIELINE
Four walls with a glue flap and bottom flaps, open top: the half slotted container can be used as a shelf box or base. The custom parametric construction calculates only this open box body.

corrugated.halfslottedThe wall sequence is closed into a tube using the glue flap. At the bottom, short inner flaps lie beneath the outer flaps; at the top, all walls end at a straight cut edge. A separate lid is not part of this template. Height describes wall height in the chosen dimension reference.
Glue or staple the glue flap to the opposite wall and flatten the box. Erect for filling, fold in the inner bottom flaps, close the outer flaps over them and seal with tape; the top stays open.

Inside dimension
These dimensions describe the preview, not a fixed packaging size. The app recalculates the dieline for your own dimensions.
Width of the glue flap used to glue the blank into a tube. The material requires a minimum width.
Angle at the ends of the glue flap; makes folding and erection easier.
Gap between adjacent flaps or walls; at least about the material thickness.
No. The top edge remains open; lid flaps are entirely absent. A separate telescopic lid must be designed to fit and checked. This template does not calculate its fit automatically. For a jointly calculated two-part construction, the telescopic box provides a base and lid with their own assembly relationship.
After erection, the inner flaps are folded in and the outer flaps closed over them. The assembly instructions specify sealing the bottom with tape. The side seam is glued or stapled beforehand. Check closure and wall alignment on the filled sample; a valid contour is not proof of a specific fill weight.
The parameter range starts at 0 mm; this corresponds to a knife cut. However, the material-dependent constraint requires room for the thickness at the flap corner. The parameter range alone therefore does not permit every combination. The machine's minimum dimension must also suit the chosen bottom closure.
