Crease-to-crease dimension

The crease-to-crease dimension is the distance between a panel's crease lines in the flat construction.

It differs from usable interior space or the external size of the assembled box. Conversion depends on material, creasing and construction. If a printer gives you dimensions from a drawing, ask about this reference. Only a clear dimension reference allows meaningful contour comparison and prevents identical numbers from meaning different packaging sizes.
