The production dieline supplies the structure for die-cutting, cutting and creasing.

It distinguishes processing lines and includes further technical information if needed. The print image belongs in a separate artwork output. PDF, SVG and DXF serve different handoff routes; their suitability depends on the target system. Clarify line types, units and required layers with your print shop or cutting table operator. A correctly displayed preview does not prove that the receiving production system processes every item of information as intended.
