Side flap
Width of the side flaps to which the bottom flap is glued; no more than 40 % of the width and 30 % of the height.
Paper products and custom contours / JETDIELINE

Simplified display model without material thickness, not to scale.
The 3D view is not available in this browser. The image shows the folded shape.
envelope.pocketThe address panel has two side flaps, a bottom flap and a closure flap at the top opening. The side flaps have angled ends. The bottom flap forms the back. Unlike the wallet, closure flap depth here is set as a length in millimetres.
Fold the side flaps inwards, place the bottom flap over them and glue it to the side flaps. After filling, fold over the closure flap and seal with adhesive strips or glue.

Outside dimension
These dimensions describe the preview, not a fixed packaging size. The app recalculates the dieline for your own dimensions.
Width of the side flaps to which the bottom flap is glued; no more than 40 % of the width and 30 % of the height.
Bottom flap depth as a proportion of height; it forms the back of the envelope.
Closure flap depth at the opening; no more than 60 % of the height.
The pocket envelope uses C5 portrait as the starting value for the closed finished format. Width runs across and height lengthways on the address panel; the opening is at the top. The wallet starts in landscape. They are separate construction IDs and also differ in closure flap settings, rather than merely having swapped dimensions.
No. envelopeClosureFlap is a length in millimetres. envelopeBottomFlap, by contrast, is a percentage of the height. These flaps therefore grow differently after a size change. Adjust the closure flap deliberately and check overlap and insertion path; simply scaling the old dieline does not represent the parameter model.
No. In addition to their own parameter range, they are tied to envelope width and height. Oversized side flaps no longer fit under the bottom flap or leave the intended glue area clear. Check both dimensional dependencies and agree final width with the envelope manufacturer.
