Side flap
Width of the side flaps to which the bottom flap is glued; at most 40 % of the width and 30 % of the height.
Paper products and custom contours / JETDIELINE
Envelope or pocket envelope comprising address panel, two side flaps, bottom flap as the back, and closure flap. Dimensions are the finished size; the opening is at the top edge.

envelope.pocketThe address panel has two side flaps, a bottom flap, and a closure flap at the top opening. The side flaps have beveled ends. The bottom flap forms the back. Unlike the wallet, closure flap depth here is set as a length in millimeters.
Fold the side flaps inward, lay the bottom flap over them, and glue it to the side flaps. After filling, fold over the closure flap and seal with a self-adhesive strip or glue.

Outside dimension
These dimensions describe the preview, not a fixed packaging size. The app recalculates the dieline for your own dimensions.
Width of the side flaps to which the bottom flap is glued; at most 40 % of the width and 30 % of the height.
Bottom flap depth as a proportion of height; it forms the back of the envelope.
Depth of the closure flap at the opening; at most 60 % of height.
The pocket envelope uses C5 portrait as its closed finished size starting value. Width runs crosswise, height lengthwise on the address panel; the opening is at the top. The wallet starts in landscape orientation. They are separate construction IDs and also differ in closure flap settings, not only in swapped dimensions.
No. envelopeClosureFlap is a length in millimeters. envelopeBottomFlap, by contrast, is a percentage of height. These flaps therefore grow differently after a size change. Deliberately adjust the closure flap and check overlap and the insertion path; merely scaling the old dieline does not represent the parameter model.
No. Besides their own parameter range, they depend on envelope width and height. Overly large side flaps no longer fit under the bottom flap or leave the intended glue area clear. Check both dimensional dependencies and coordinate the final width with the envelope manufacturer.
