Inside dimension, outside dimension and crease-line spacing are therefore not automatically identical. The material profile contains appropriate additions and deductions, also depending on grain or flute direction. A supplied starting value is not yet a measurement of your board. Build a test piece using the intended material and tooling and measure defined points. This enables traceable calibration of allowance for your workflow.
