Snap-lock bottom

It closes in a defined order during assembly and differs from the pre-glued crash-lock bottom. Flap shape provides the connection; material thickness and allowance affect insertion. Ensure flaps do not collide and the bottom closes completely. A calculated contour does not replace a load test. Establish suitability for your product using a sample of the intended material and your printer.
