Snap-lock bottom
With a snap-lock bottom, several bottom flaps interlock.

It closes in a specific sequence during assembly and differs from the pre-glued crash-lock bottom. The shape of the flaps creates the connection; material thickness and allowance affect insertion. Make sure flaps do not collide and the bottom closes completely. A calculated contour does not replace a load test. Determine whether the bottom is sufficient for your product using a sample made from the intended material and with your print shop.
