Snap-lock bottom
In a snap-lock bottom, several bottom flaps interlock.

It is closed in a particular sequence during assembly and differs from a pre-glued crash-lock bottom. The flap shapes create the connection; material thickness and allowance affect insertion. Ensure that flaps do not collide and the bottom is fully closed. A calculated contour does not replace a load test. Establish whether the bottom is sufficient for your product using a sample made from the intended material and discussion with your print shop.
