Glue flap
Width of the glue flap used to glue the blank into a tube. The material requires a minimum width.
Corrugated shipping boxes / JETDIELINE
The slotted box combines four walls, a glue flap and four flaps each at the top and bottom. Its outer flaps meet in the middle; the reference is similar to FEFCO 0201.

corrugated.rscThe glue flap closes the walls into a body. For filling, the inner bottom flaps are closed first, followed by the outer ones. Adhesive tape holds the bottom and later the lid together.
Glue or stitch the glue flap to the opposite wall and lay the box flat. For filling, erect it, fold in the inner bottom flaps, close the outer flaps over them and seal with adhesive tape; repeat at the top.

Inside dimension
These dimensions describe the preview, not a fixed packaging size. The app recalculates the dieline for your own dimensions.
Width of the glue flap used to glue the blank into a tube. The material requires a minimum width.
Angled ends of the glue flap; make folding and erection easier.
Gap between adjacent flaps or walls; at least about the material thickness.
The indication classifies the construction for orientation. It is not a reproduction of a standard drawing or proof of a confirmed classification. This page shows the custom parametric construction. Before a binding reference is stated, a specialist partner must confirm the relationship; the public wording therefore remains “similar to”.
Yes, this construction designs the outer flaps for a central closure. Other catalogue types handle full or partial overlap separately. Material thickness and flap gap affect the result. Check the closed bottom and lid on the sample; the calculated blank alone does not confirm how the tape sits.
The catalogue example uses the inside dimension. It describes the intended space for the product and cushioning. Outside dimension and crease-to-crease dimension are also supported references. Record the selected reference when passing on the files. If the flute changes, crease allowance and finished fit must be checked again.
