It is the output for printing content and can include bleed. Cut and crease information is handed over separately to prevent accidental printing. A preview combines both for coordination and serves a different purpose. Check which file sets your printer expects and whether requirements for colours, fonts and bleed are met. Separating outputs replaces neither preflight nor approval.
