It is the output for printing content and may include bleed. Cut and crease information is handed off separately so it is not accidentally printed. A preview combines both for coordination and serves a different purpose. Check which file sets your print shop expects and whether its requirements for colors, fonts, and bleed are met. Separating outputs replaces neither preflight nor approval.
