Glue flap
Width of the glue flap used to glue the blank into a tube. The material requires a minimum width.
Paper products and custom contours / JETDIELINE
Paper carrier bag comprising front, back, and two side gussets with a longitudinal seam, block bottom, top turn-in as handle reinforcement, and die-cut handle holes; dimensions: bag width × gusset depth × height. Bottom insert and handles are separate parts.

bag.carrierFront, back, and two side gussets form a tube with a longitudinal seam at the back. The block bottom has triangles, ears, and overlapping bottom flaps. Top turn-ins reinforce the front and back; handle holes are provided in matching positions through wall and turn-in.
Fold the top turn-ins on the front and back inward and glue them. Glue the longitudinal seam inside onto the back to form a tube. Fold the bottom triangles inward, place the ears onto the bottom flaps along the diagonals, fold over the rear bottom flap first and then the front bottom flap, and glue the overlap. Insert the bottom insert.

Inside dimension
These dimensions describe the preview, not a fixed packaging size. The app recalculates the dieline for your own dimensions.
Width of the glue flap used to glue the blank into a tube. The material requires a minimum width.
Glue overlap of the front bottom flap onto the rear bottom flaps; at most 40 % of gusset depth.
Strip at the top edge of the front and back that folds inward and reinforces the handle holes.
Die-cut handle holes centered in the front and back, through wall and top turn-in.
Width of the handle hole; at most 70 % of bag width.
For the starting inside dimension 240 × 100 × 320 mm, the second value is gusset depth. The first is bag width, the third height. The flat sheet dimension is calculated from these with material allowance, bottom, longitudinal seam, and top turn-in. Do not confuse gusset depth with top turn-in height.
carrierTurnIn describes the strips on the front and back that are folded inward and glued. They reinforce the handle hole area. Hole height, web, and margin must fit inside. Geometric reinforcement does not confirm load capacity; check the assembled bag with target paper and contents.
No. The template generates the bag blank including optional die-cut handle holes. Bottom insert and handles are separate parts. The assembly description includes inserting bottom reinforcement. Its actual design and material must be coordinated separately to suit bottom assembly and actual loading.
