Slotted boxes, mailers and trays serve different shipping tasks. Flute thickness and folded double walls change the fit. Match the closure to your packing process and test the box with its actual contents.
Individual components are shown separately. Different sizes and stored template versions are not additional packaging shapes.

corrugated.mailerView templateAn open corrugated tray with double end walls and locking corners. The blank is erected without adhesive; this page shows our own V2 construction with B flute.
corrugated.trayView templateBase and lid form a two-part corrugated construction with glued corner flaps. Each component has its own dieline; the lid is derived from the base's outside dimension and clearance per side.
corrugated.telescope.baseView templateCorrugated lift-off lid with the same construction as the base; its dimensions follow the outside dimensions of the base plus clearance per side.
corrugated.telescope.lidView templateCorrugated shipping box with fully overlapping lid flaps, self-seal closure, and tear strip. The bottom is closed with tape as on a regular slotted box; the upper closure has adhesive strips and an opening aid.
corrugated.shipper.selfsealView templateCorrugated mailer with double side walls and an external tuck closure. The lid's locking tabs engage through oblong slots in the front wall; the construction is erected without gluing.
corrugated.mailer.lockView templateCross-shaped wraparound packaging for books and flat goods. Additional crease lines allow folds for thinner contents; end walls and lid end flaps close the sides, and an adhesive strip closes the front.
corrugated.wrapView templateDivider insert made of longitudinal and cross strips with interlocking slots to half their height. All strips lie on a shared sheet and remain connected by nicks until stripping.
corrugated.dividerView templateFlat insert pad used as a base, layer, or top pad in a box. The flat dimensions follow the box's inside space; side clearance makes the pad smaller. An optional grid creates identical rounded cut-outs.
corrugated.insert.padView templateCorrugated carry-handle box with a snap-lock bottom. Two fully overlapping lid flaps have aligned handle cutouts and are glued over their full area; an additional handle is not part of the construction.
corrugated.handleView templateMailer with double side walls and an external closure flap. A self-adhesive strip connects the flap to the front wall; a tear strip opens it. The bottom locking tabs still hold the wall structure.
corrugated.mailer.flapView templateRectangular corrugated sheet with zero to three evenly spaced creases. Without creases, it serves as a flat layer pad; folded, it forms an angle, U-profile, or wrap around a product.
corrugated.sheetView templateCorrugated sliding sleeve with glue flap and open ends. Thumb notches at both ends of the top make it easier to push out an inner part. The template calculates the sleeve only.
