Side seal
Width of the seal on the left and right; it runs through all layers and remains free of important print content.
Pouches and print layouts / JETDIELINE
The drink pouch template shows a stand-up bottom print mask with a marked straw puncture point on the front. The starting profile has a wider top seal than the simple stand-up variant. Width, height, bottom gusset, and puncture point are set separately; calculated fill volume is not part of the model.

The 3D view is not available in this browser. The image shows the folded shape.
pouch.drinkFront and back surround the inserted W-shaped bottom gusset. Side seals, top seal, and Doyen corners form the seal zones. The straw point is at the upper right on the front, with diameter and distance from the corner. The marking does not punch an open hole. A zipper and spout are not part of this parameter set.
Print the film, insert and seal in the bottom gusset, seal the side seams, fill, and seal the top seam. The straw is inserted at the marked point.
Test fit, folding and closure on a sample made from the intended material. Confirm material thickness, grain direction and production steps with your printer.
Compare labels, cup carriers and bottle packaging. Circumference and openings must fit the container. Print mockups of beverage cartons do not demonstrate liquid-tightness.
Outside dimension
These dimensions describe the preview, not a fixed packaging size. The app recalculates the dieline for your own dimensions.
Width of the seal on the left and right; it runs through all layers and remains free of important print content.
Height of the top seal, sealed after filling; with a hanging hole, at least the hole height plus twice 3 mm.
Depth of the inserted bottom gusset (half the standing area); at most one-third of the height and half the width.
Diameter of the marked straw puncture point.
Distance from the puncture point to the upper right corner (horizontal and vertical); it lies in the print area.
No. The model marks the intended point on the front. The documented process calls for the straw to be inserted there later. The construction creates no open through-hole and confirms no puncturable film. Test material, marking, and intended straw together on the filled sample.
The parameter describes horizontal and vertical distance from the upper right corner. The model also accounts for puncture point radius, top seal, and side seal. The circle must remain within the print area. A larger puncture point or wider seal can therefore invalidate a previously fitting distance.
No. The model uses width, height, and bottom gusset to calculate the print sheet. It calculates no confirmed drink volume. Actual fill quantity depends, among other things, on the formed pouch and intended filling process. Determine it on a sample with the target material; do not derive a product quantity claim from the starting size.
