Labels and bands / JETDIELINE
Oval label as an ellipse with width and height as axes.

label.ovalThe outline is an ellipse with width and height as axes, built from eight Bézier segments. It has a single panel without creases. A corner radius is not allowed for this shape. The axes determine the finished size; they are not the length of the curved cut line.
Peel the label from the backing material and apply it from the center outward without bubbles.
No fixed grain direction; check parallel to the body axis on curved bodies
Test fit, folding and closure on a sample made from the intended material. Confirm material thickness, grain direction and production steps with your printer.
Outside dimension
These dimensions describe the preview, not a fixed packaging size. The app recalculates the dieline for your own dimensions.
They are the ellipse's two axes and determine the finished size at the cut edge. The values do not describe circumference. In the example, the 80-mm axis is horizontal and the 50-mm axis vertical. Cut length is determined from the curved outline.
Yes. Choose a height larger than the width, both within 10–300 mm. The template forms the outline from these axes. Check artwork orientation separately on the artwork and actual product; changing the axes does not automatically rotate your artwork to match.
No. An ellipse has no rectangular corners. A corner radius other than 0 is rejected during construction. If you need straight sides and rounded transitions, choose the rectangular label with a suitable corner radius and check the resulting shape.
