Glue flap
Width of the glue flap used to glue the blank into a tube. The material requires a minimum width.
Corrugated shipping boxes / JETDIELINE
Corrugated shipping box with fully overlapping lid flaps, self-seal closure, and tear strip. The bottom is closed with tape as on a regular slotted box; the upper closure has adhesive strips and an opening aid.

corrugated.shipper.selfsealCorrugated shipping box for retail and online shipping: bottom as on a regular slotted box, fully overlapping outer flaps at the top; the outer flap has a self-adhesive strip for closing and a tear strip with a tear cord for opening.
Glue the glue flap, erect the box, close the bottom with inner and outer flaps, and tape it. After filling, fold in the upper inner flaps, place the back outer flap over them, remove the release liner, and press the front flap over it. To open, grip the tear cord at the flap edge and tear out the strip.
Flute direction parallel to the height: stable for stacking (check with the test print shop).
Test fit, folding and closure on a sample made from the intended material. Confirm material thickness, grain direction and production steps with your printer.
Inside dimension
These dimensions describe the preview, not a fixed packaging size. The app recalculates the dieline for your own dimensions.
Width of the glue flap used to glue the blank into a tube. The material requires a minimum width.
Bevel at the ends of the glue flap; facilitates folding and erection.
Gap between neighboring flaps or walls; at least approximately the material thickness.
Width of the self-adhesive strip on the outer lid flap; it bonds the flap to the flap beneath it.
Distance of the adhesive strip from the flap's free edge (0 = flush with the edge).
The two perforations are represented as geometry; the tear cord is an annotation. The dieline thus establishes the intended position. It confirms neither cord material, insertion method, nor opening force. These details must be checked in the production sample and with the executing facility.
Tear strip, safety clearance, and adhesive strip share the upper outer flap. With a small inside width, this area can become too short. The constraint stripsFitOuterFlap therefore limits the tear strip distance. Adjust the dependent parameters together rather than moving the lines closer after export.
This V1 models a self-seal closure with one tear strip. A second adhesive strip for returns is not available as a separate parameter. This construction therefore cannot promise a return closure. For a reopenable tuck closure, there is the mailer with locking tabs.
