Glue flap
Width of the glue flap used to glue the blank into a tube. The material requires a minimum width.
Corrugated components and inserts / JETDIELINE
The inner flaps meet in the center and close the opening. Outer flaps with an adjustable gap sit above them; our construction calculates both flap layers together.

Simplified display model without material thickness, not to scale.
The 3D view is not available in this browser. The image shows the folded shape.
corrugated.rsc.innerfullThe side inner flaps reach the center of the opening. Front and back carry outer flaps whose free edges remain separated by outerFlapGap. The starting value for this gap is 50 mm. The same closure structure is intended at the top and bottom; the glue flap forms the side seam.
Glue or stitch the glue flap to the opposite wall. Erect for filling, fold in the inner bottom flaps until they meet in the center, place the outer flaps over them, and tape; do the same at the top.

Inside dimension
These dimensions describe the preview, not a fixed packaging size. The app recalculates the dieline for your own dimensions.
Width of the glue flap used to glue the blank into a tube. The material requires a minimum width.
Bevel at the ends of the glue flap; facilitates folding and erection.
Gap between neighboring flaps or walls; at least approximately the material thickness.
Distance between the free edges of the two outer flaps in the center of the opening (0 = the outer flaps meet); each outer flap remains at least 20 mm high.
The inner flaps on the sides close the entire opening and meet at its center. The front and back outer flaps sit above them. Their edges leave a 50 mm gap in the starting example. Do not confuse this gap with the slots between adjacent flaps.
outerFlapGap can be 0 mm; the outer flaps then also meet in the center. The inner flaps remain underneath. This changes the visible print area and closure. Recalculate after the change and check both material layers and taping on the erected sample.
The general range extends to 600 mm. In practice, outerFlapGap.geometric.keepsOuterFlap limits the gap based on the narrow side of the opening so each outer flap retains at least 20 mm. These 20 mm are a construction limit, not confirmation for your taping or production process.
