Clearance
Allowance at each side and the bottom for easy card insertion; also includes material thickness.
Paper products and custom contours / JETDIELINE
Flat sleeve for gift, loyalty, or greeting cards: front with a thumb cutout at the opening, back at the bottom crease, side seams formed by glue flaps, and an optional closure flap. Dimensions are the card's insertion dimensions; the sleeve grows with clearance and flaps.

03 / BOX
Simplified display model without material thickness, not to scale.
The 3D view is not available in this browser. The image shows the folded shape.
card.sleeveThe sleeve joins front and back via a bottom crease. Two glue flaps form the side seams and lie inside on the front after gluing. The starting example has a thumb cutout but no closure flap. The input describes the card to be inserted.
Fold the side flaps inward and apply adhesive to their outside, fold the back over them at the bottom crease, and press into place. Insert the card; fold the closure flap over the opening onto the front.

Inside dimension
These dimensions describe the preview, not a fixed packaging size. The app recalculates the dieline for your own dimensions.
Allowance at each side and the bottom for easy card insertion; also includes material thickness.
Width of the glue flap used to glue the blank into a tube. The material requires a minimum width.
Bevel at the ends of the glue flap; facilitates folding and erection.
Semicircular cutout centered at the front opening so the card can be gripped.
Radius and depth of the thumb cutout; at most 30 % of card width and 40 % of card height.
They describe the card's insertion dimensions, not the finished sleeve's outside outline. The template adds clearance and internal side flaps. In the initial run, the blank measures 127.6 × 110 mm. Use the actual card dimensions and check the glued sleeve with these contents.
After assembly, the side flaps lie inside on the front. The model keeps the usable card width plus clearance free between them. glueFlap therefore affects both the outer blank and sleeve width. Do not change the glue flap without recalculating and checking fit.
Yes. cardThumbNotch switches the cutout at the front opening. cardThumbNotchRadius applies when the option is enabled and is also limited by card dimensions. Without a cutout, the opening remains straight. Test removal with the actual card, particularly if it projects only slightly beyond the sleeve edge.
