It is not a full cut. With an inward crease, the panel moves toward the inside of the package; the opposite direction is described separately. Material, tool, and grain direction affect the result. A dashed line in the drawing initially represents this processing step. Clarify the line type your cutting table or print shop needs in the production profile and during approval.
