ECMA families: unconfirmed orientation
Catalog classifications are family references, unconfirmed. The construction and its parameters determine selection, not a letter code.
Family rather than confirmed classification
The table lists the templates for which the app's catalog names an ECMA family. Families help with orientation among styles. They prove neither conformity with the standard nor the equivalence of a specific geometry.
Reference provided for orientation. No standard texts or standard drawings are reproduced. Our constructions are original parametric templates; a reference does not confirm compliance with a standard.
Choose original constructions
Tuck-end boxes, crash-lock bottoms, snap-lock bottoms and sleeves differ in closure and assembly. Choose according to product, interior space and production sequence. The template pages show dimensions and parameters.
Open issues
Expert confirmation of the family assignment is still pending. No standard texts, standard drawings or letter codes are used as a quality promise.

Our own construction. Reference classifications remain unconfirmed; no standards texts or standards drawings are reproduced.
Which dimensions apply?
The template page names the dimension reference and the parameters. Material thickness and crease compensation must be checked with the printer.
What does unconfirmed mean?
The assignment has not been conclusively confirmed by experts. It is for orientation only; your printer's dimension sheet is binding.

Matching templates
Straight tuck-end carton
Blank, creases, and flaps are calculated from inside dimensions. The result is an artwork PDF, production dieline, and production sheet for the print shop.

Reverse tuck-end carton
The top tuck flap is attached to the front, the bottom one to the back. The reverse tuck end carton calculates its walls, dust flaps, and closures from the inside dimension. The dieline shown comes from Version 3 with the hanging hole disabled; artwork, production dieline, and report can be exported together in the technical core.

Folding carton with crash-lock bottom
The pre-glued crash-lock bottom closes as the body is erected. Dust flaps and a tuck flap close the top of the folding carton; bottom gluing is part of the production workflow.

Folding carton with snap-lock bottom
The snap-lock bottom closes with four interlocking flaps. Two side flaps lie inside; a tab at the back tucks under the tongue of the front flap. Version 1 combines this bottom with a tuck lid. The calculated example uses folding carton board 400 g/m² and shows the flat dieline with creases and bottom slits.

Seal-end carton
Folding carton with a side seam and glued top and bottom closures (Seal End) in place of tuck flaps: outer flap at the front, inner flap at the back, dust flaps at the sides. For pharmaceuticals and food; opened by tearing.

Tissue box
Horizontal box for facial tissues and handkerchiefs: body with side seam, ends with glued closures (Seal End), dispensing opening in the top as a perforation (slot or rectangle) with a thumb notch. Dimensions: length × top width × height.
