Regular slotted container
The regular slotted container connects four walls, a glue flap, and four flaps each at the top and bottom. Its outer flaps meet in the middle; the reference is similar to FEFCO 0201.

Choose a box for your packing process, protection needs and closure. Inserts and dividers complete the inside space. Test the full shipping pack with the product, cushioning and intended transport.
Individual components are shown separately. Different sizes and stored template versions are not additional packaging shapes.

corrugated.rscView templateShipping box with tuck lid and dust flaps made from E flute or microflute. Inside printing, double walls, and size series are part of the same construction.
corrugated.mailerView templateAn open corrugated tray with double end walls and locking corners. The blank is erected without adhesive; this page shows our own V2 construction with B flute.
corrugated.trayView templateThe pre-glued crash-lock bottom closes as the body is erected. Dust flaps and a tuck flap close the top of the folding carton; bottom gluing is part of the production workflow.
carton.crashlockView templateThe snap-lock bottom closes with four interlocking flaps. Two side flaps lie inside; a tab at the back tucks under the tongue of the front flap. Version 1 combines this bottom with a tuck lid. The calculated example uses folding carton board 400 g/m² and shows the flat dieline with creases and bottom slits.
carton.snaplockView templateBase and lid form a two-part corrugated construction with glued corner flaps. Each component has its own dieline; the lid is derived from the base's outside dimension and clearance per side.
corrugated.telescope.baseView templateCorrugated lift-off lid with the same construction as the base; its dimensions follow the outside dimensions of the base plus clearance per side.
corrugated.telescope.lidView templateFour walls with a glue flap and bottom flaps, open at the top: the half slotted container can serve as a shelf box or base. The own parametric construction calculates only this open box body.
corrugated.halfslottedView templateThe outer flaps each cover the entire opening at the top and bottom and overlap. Our corrugated construction calculates full coverage rather than just a narrow overlap strip.
corrugated.rsc.fulloverlapView templateCorrugated shipping box with fully overlapping lid flaps, self-seal closure, and tear strip. The bottom is closed with tape as on a regular slotted box; the upper closure has adhesive strips and an opening aid.
corrugated.shipper.selfsealView templateCorrugated mailer with double side walls and an external tuck closure. The lid's locking tabs engage through oblong slots in the front wall; the construction is erected without gluing.
corrugated.mailer.lockView templateCross-shaped wraparound packaging for books and flat goods. Additional crease lines allow folds for thinner contents; end walls and lid end flaps close the sides, and an adhesive strip closes the front.
corrugated.wrapView templateDivider insert made of longitudinal and cross strips with interlocking slots to half their height. All strips lie on a shared sheet and remain connected by nicks until stripping.
corrugated.dividerView templateFlat insert pad used as a base, layer, or top pad in a box. The flat dimensions follow the box's inside space; side clearance makes the pad smaller. An optional grid creates identical rounded cut-outs.
corrugated.insert.padView templateAn adjustable strip connects the outer flaps at the top and bottom. The template calculates flap lengths, material layers, and blank from box dimensions and the desired overlap.
corrugated.rsc.overlap.outerView templateThe inner flaps meet in the center and close the opening. Outer flaps with an adjustable gap sit above them; our construction calculates both flap layers together.
corrugated.rsc.innerfullView templateA snap-lock bottom closes this corrugated box without tape at the bottom. The top is selected separately: meeting flaps, fully overlapping flaps, or open.
corrugated.rsc.mixedView templateCorrugated carry-handle box with a snap-lock bottom. Two fully overlapping lid flaps have aligned handle cutouts and are glued over their full area; an additional handle is not part of the construction.
corrugated.handleView templateMailer with double side walls and an external closure flap. A self-adhesive strip connects the flap to the front wall; a tear strip opens it. The bottom locking tabs still hold the wall structure.
corrugated.mailer.flapView templateRectangular corrugated sheet with zero to three evenly spaced creases. Without creases, it serves as a flat layer pad; folded, it forms an angle, U-profile, or wrap around a product.
corrugated.sheetView templateCorrugated sliding sleeve with glue flap and open ends. Thumb notches at both ends of the top make it easier to push out an inner part. The template calculates the sleeve only.
corrugated.slideView templateThe corrugated box is preglued at the factory and supplied flat. The crash-lock bottom closes during erection; the top can have meeting flaps, fully overlapping flaps, or an open edge.
corrugated.autobottomView templateFolding carton with a side seam and glued top and bottom closures (Seal End) in place of tuck flaps: outer flap at the front, inner flap at the back, dust flaps at the sides. For pharmaceuticals and food; opened by tearing.
carton.sealendView templateBase of the archive box: corrugated half slotted container, open at the top, four bottom flaps like the slotted box, a handle hole (slot) in both end walls.
corrugated.archive.baseView templateTelescope lid of the archive box: shallow tray of bottom and four walls with glued corner flaps; in the assembly sized from the outside dimensions of the base plus clearance per side.
corrugated.archive.lidView templateArchive and storage box in corrugated board with matching base and telescope lid. The base is open at the top and has hand holes in both end walls. Clearance per side and lid height determine the fit; the starting dimensions suit A4 documents.
